A Requisition (Translation of document No.1) was received in the Colonial Seroretary's offics in this Colony from Tutuk Lung Chal Kwong the Governor-General at Canton dated the 22nd.October
1913.
The crime alleged in this requisition was larceny of $150,000.
Upon this requisition the officer Administering the Government
of this Colony issued his order (document No.2) to the Magistrate
to issue his Warrant dated the 11th. November 1913 for the
arrest of the fugitive.
The Magistrate issued his Warrant (document No.3) dated the 18th.
November 1913 and the fugitive was duly arrested thereunder on
the 18th day of November 1913.
A further Requisition dated the 20th November 1913 (document
No.4) was received in the Colonial Secretary's office in this
Colony from Tutuh Lung Chai Kwong the Governor-General at Canton
on the 27th day of November 1913 for the surrender of the above
named fugitive Chung Sau Nam in respect of the certain crimes
alleged to have been committed in China on the 4th August 1913
as therein stated.

Upon the receipt of this requisition His Excellency the Officer
Adainistering the Government of this Colony on the 2nd.December
1913 issued his Order (document No.5) to the Magistrates to lemu
his Warrant (document No.8) for the arrest of the fugitive upon
the crimes therein set forth.
The Magistrate on the 4th December 1913 issued his Order (doou-
ment No.7) for the fugitive to be brought before him to hear the
case in socordance with the Extradition Ordinance, the fugitive
